OpenStax - All the books in the textbook collection are free to download and include subjects such as physics, biology, sociology, pre-calculus, history and more, and is available in multiple formats (including PDF and EPUB).

Saylor Academy is a repository of free and easily accessible textbooks, covering a large variety of subjects. Most textbooks are available in PDF, EPUB and Microsoft Word formats.
IntechOpen is one of the world’s largest publishers of free textbooks, has a wealth of textbook options and journals for computer science, robotics and other STEM subjects, with a collection of over 2,000 published textbooks and include an assortment of peer-reviewed journals to choose from.

Digital Public Library of America - DPLA is aimed at giving universal access to digital resources of American libraries, archives and museums.
Directory of Open Access Journals (DOJ) provides access to open access, peer-reviewed journals.
Dryad is a digital repository of curated, open access scientific research.
Freelipiniana - A digital archive that gives Filipinos free access to reading materials made by Filipinos for Filipinos. These include full-length books, like novels, poetry collections, and anthologies.
